Hi there! My name is Megan. By day, I'm a middle school English teacher, but by night, I'm working on my Goodreads reading goal. I'd venture to say it motivates me more than it should. As if there's a physical prize waiting for me should I meet it. But given I'm a product of the 90's when I was bribed to read with the promise of personal pan pizzas, I guess it's to be expected.

 

I like to read a variety of things, and I'd like to say as an English teacher that I read nothing but books within the classic canon so I can spend my free time doing literary analysis, but most of the time I read romance. Though, to be fair, I do quite a bit of literary analysis with the romance novels that I read...and a lot of them are retellings of classic lit. I am who I am.

 

I feel like it's probably important to note that I have a random affinity for dinosaurs. That along with the fact that I read quite quickly comes the name for the blog.

 

I have a lot of thoughts about reading and little to no hobbies outside of it, so thanks for visiting and nerding out with me!
